On one sunny Saturday afternoon, while getting drunk on Pimms with friends, I committed myself to an absurd project. I decreed that I would familiarise myself with the entirety of David Bowie's album output, in chronological order, one at a time. At the time of writing, this is 26 studio albums (I'm not going to worry about live albums, compilations, EPs or anything like that). For each one I intend to listen to it for as long as it takes me to really get a handle on it, whether that be a few days or a few weeks. I will then publish a review and move on to the next.

I anticipate that this entire project will take me at least a year, probably more.
