We, the covid jetsetters of suburbia, have ventured yet again from the confines of our home. This trip is to visit our mothers, who both choose to live at great distance from us (or possibly we choose to live at great distance from them), and so we have taken the decision not to hold the hour of cocktails this week. We will be back with a vengeance on the 28th August, the last Friday of school/university holidays, should that mean anything to anyone.
