It’s been a little mothy in the house recently – I guess it’s just that time of year. This little guy was chilling on the inside of the kitchen window.
The photo was taken with a Canon PowerShot SX260 HS and lightly massaged using the GNU Image Manipulation Program.
Very pretty.
Although I’m still of the opinion that all moths should be introduced to heavy literature.
We’re doing a nice line in Lancaster bomber-sized bumblebees and queen hornets at the moment. Moths are as nothing by comparison.
Agreed. But Moths give me the heebie-jeebies, whereas bees I’ll guide outside and hornets can also be introduced to something heavy.
I’ve been stung by a hornet once, and seriously wouldn’t recommend it.
